Thank you for shopping with Pet Supplies Clearance. Below you will find full details of our delivery costs, timescales, and coverage.

Delivery Timescales

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
• Ireland: 2–4 working days

All orders are sent using a fully tracked service via Royal Mail, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Costs

• Orders up to 2kg: £3.95
• Orders over 2kg: £5.95
• Free delivery on all orders over £50 — no discount code needed, free delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)
• Republic of Ireland

We do not currently ship outside of the UK and Ireland.

Tracked Deliveries

All orders are dispatched with full tracking via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Late or Missing Deliveries

All of our deliveries include full Royal Mail tracking, so in the unlikely event that your order is delayed or appears to be missing, we will investigate the matter promptly on your behalf.

If an order is confirmed as lost and this is determined to be due to an error on our part or with our delivery service, we will offer a full reimbursement to the customer. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives their order and will always work to resolve any issues as fairly and quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent — unused and in its original packaging
• Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a full refund of the product cost will be issued
• Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the process

Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
